“We stayed for 5 nights first and it was so good we came back at the end of our trip for a further 3 nights. We had only booked for a couple of nights initially but kept extending our stay. Part of what makes this place so special, aside from the historic building and vintage furniture, is the staff themselves. In particular, Juan was especially helpful, kind and polite. He went above and beyond to ensure both our stay and our time spent in Santiago was the best it could possibly be. Thank you……

I arrived at 7:30am from a long overnight trip, they allowed me to have breakfast and had the courtesy of providing early check in at around 10:30am, which I had not asked but I think I looked really tired. They truly went above and beyond and I am very grateful.”

“Hotel is pretty nice, good location but after service is quite poor I have stayed from 23rd - 26th Dec and have settled the payment in advance. They ask for my credit card for deposit purpose, when I check out they charged me 2 times the room fee without any notice (on 28 Dec) and when I reach out to them via email, no response was made (now considering reaching out on phone but yeah I am not based in Chile you know) Let's see how it goes, probably need to make some calls, bad experience ”

“Very friendly and forthcoming staff. Generous room size, clean and up to date. Quiet rooms. Liked the location forming part of the outdoor mall, offering good shopping, coffee and dining experiences.”

“Staff was great, helped with an extra late check in and check out (providing snacks at checkout since we wouldn't be able to have breakfast). Organizing a ride to and from the airport was also easy through them. Room was clean but a bit dark and squeeky floors. Good stay overall”
