This two bedroom home is located roughly 3km from town center, nestled in amongst the trees on a large block; that offers plenty of room for car and boat parking, with a graveled 'roundabout' driveway plus a covered car port area and fully fenced back yard.

The property consists of a queen bed in the master bedroom and the second bedroom has two single beds. Fold out couch available for guest use.
There is a bathroom with shower and bath; and also a laundry with washing machine and dryer.

This property includes linen.

Plenty of kids activities, especially for rainy days.

Timber decking on the front and the rear of the dwelling offer some great little places to soak in the morning or afternoon sun - reading a book or enjoying a cuppa and planning out your day exploring Mallacoota's beautiful national park and lake system.

    Had a great stay in Mallacoota. Lovely tranquil location with all self catering needs and plenty of entertainment for our kid. Close to the Mallacoota centre and short walk to the lake. Highly recommended!
