Welcome to this wonderful apartment in the sea front with direct access to the paradisaical beach of Puerto de Alcudia. It offers a lovely garden and accommodation for 6 people.
In front of an impressive beach of crystalline water and white sand, this beautiful apartment offers a simple lawn garden where you can bask in the sun on one of the 2 sun loungers. However, you will probably prefer to go right to the beach and lay on the sand. Then, you can relax with the music of the waves and the impressive views to the never-ending sea and the mountains too, while you enjoy a delicious meal cooked on the barbecue.

This apartment is on the ground level, although there are several steps to access the main entrance. From the porch, you can enter a great room where living, dining room and kitchen are all together. Here, you can watch the TV-Sat or just rest on the sofa, enjoy your meals or cook while you admire the sea. The kitchen features a ceramic top, oven and all you need to cook as if you were at home. There are 3 bedrooms with AC; one has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a tub; another bedroom has two twin beds, and the last one presents a bunk bed. We can prepare a cot and a high chair in case you are travelling with your baby. There is a second bathroom for the rest of the accommodation , and this one just has a shower. The laundry room is independent and it features a washer, a dryer, an iron and an ironing board. Finally, there is oil central heating throughout the accommodation.

This accommodation is very well located in an area with all needed services around like bars, restaurants, supermarkets, banks, beaches and even night clubs. You can visit this places and other nearby towns taking the bus that passes by every 15 minutes in the summer season, although you can also drive to spectacular beaches and dream-like coves like Cala Sant Vicenç or Port de Pollensa. The town centre of Alcudia is worth a visit specially on Tuesday and Sunday mornings, when its street market takes place.

Ons verblijf was prima, vanuit de tuin kun je zo de zee inlopen, helemaal geweldig voor kleine kinderen, het is lang zeer ondiep, met de auto binnen 10 minuten in Alcaudia, supermarkt op loopafstand, dus een heerlijk verblijf. Groetjes lia en Frans

Location and unit were wonderful. Very clean, well stocked with glasses and dishes. Great views and access to the sea. The only small issue was that the handle of the refrigerator was broken.

Pictures don’t do it justice, morning view of sunrise over the bay will be missed. Roomy villa bigger than pictures portray. Good location near, but not on, main route. Low season lots of restaurants not open yet, to be expected. Would definitely come again!!

The apartment is right on a beautiful beach. It is very comfortable for 6 people. It would be great to have the basic kitchen supplies available (salt, pepper, oil), as well as a Dyson or broom because we cannot avoid bringing some sand into the apartment when coming back from the beach. Apart from that, great place !

Die Lage ist ein Traum, direkt am Strand mit direktem Zugang durch den eigenen Garten. Der Pflegezustand des Gartens war aber nicht gut, ich hätte am liebsten den Rasenmäher selbst angeworfen und die Kanten mit einer Motorsense gekürzt. Dazu hätte auch der Weg mal richtig gereinigt werden können. Die Ausstattung ist ok, alles vorhanden, aber doch in die Jahre gekommen. Hier sollte mal Geld für eine neue Küchenzeile inkl. Besteck etc. sowie für neue Betten (nicht Matratzen, die waren gut) in die Hand genommen werden. Bäder sind ok, aber hier war die Sauberkeit überhaupt nicht zufriedenstellend. Haare in der Dusche gehen gar nicht. Was gut ist, ist die dazugehörige Garage. Allerdings sollte meiner Meinung nach eine Hausverwaltung sehen, dass vor der Anlage eine Menge Müll liegt und diesen beseitigen lassen. Wenn ich als doofer Tourist mich bei der Stadt melde, interessiert das keinen. Eine spanische Hausverwaltung wird da eher gehört. Lage und Preis top, für das andere muss ich leider Punkte abziehen. Wird das geändert, komme ich sofort wieder.

Die FeWo selbst ist in gutem bis sehr gutem Zustand. Vom Wohn-Essbereich aus hat man einen traumhaften Blick auf den Strand. Ebenso kann man den Sonnenaufgang von der Terrasse aus genießen oder/und auf dieser dinieren.

Selten hab ich mich (mit Kindern) im Urlaub so entspannen können aufgrund des einzigartigen Blicks von der Terrasse und dem unmittelbaren Zugang zum Strand. Wir konnten den Morgen entspannt angehen weil der Garten und die Terrasse genug Auslauf für die Kids bot und man nicht (aus Mangel an Platz und Möglichkeiten) sofort in die Tagesunternehmung flüchten muss. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist ausreichend, wenn auch etwas abgewohnt. Die Küche und das Inventar bedarf einer Grundreinigung. Badezimmer waren aber sehr sauber. Wir würden wiederkommen (und uns über ein bisschen Renovierung freuen)
