“I don’t think this property is set up as a vacation rental, especially in beautiful upscale Saratoga Springs. Felt more like a room for your college student child. Tiny shower (24”x24”), terrible internet streaming service, no microwave, furniture very uncomfortable, leaking bathroom fixture. Check-in was problematic…wrong entrance code provided while standing in pouring rain. Landscape contractor just walked into unit while we were partially undressed…very nerve-wracking.No amenities, such as……

“Room met our needs for an overnight stay, while attending a show at SPAC! Room was clean. Appears to have been recently renovated, with renovations in progress to other rooms within the motel complex. Reasonably priced.”

“It was very clean, very very cute, you don’t have direct view of the lake from the porch but there’s a super cute little pond and the lake is a ten second walk from the cabin. If you’re worried about the AC don’t be, it works incredibly well and never gave us any issues!”

They were wonderful to work with when our family had to vacate another rental (different rental platform) in the middle of our stay for a plethora of issues. This lake front home is terrific, from the views, incredible bird watching, your stress just melts away. Can only image how wonderful the summer season activities are here! It is host like Nick and Lynn that will continue to……

“The location was walkable to downtown, the track and where we needed to go. Apartment was inside a big single family chopped up into apts. There were 2 apts on the 1st floor. It was adequate for 2 people or less. Bedroom had old glass doors with fabric over the glass. They should be replaced with solid doors.. I’m a small person and felt the bathroon was an uncomfortably small laout. And the sofa bed was a thin mattress. OK maybe for a child. We didnt use the kitchen, so I can’t comment……

“This is our second time staying here and we love it… It is very clean, modern, fully equipped. We love the little snacks and note that Dana leaves for us! Can not beat it! Will def stay again”
