"Excellent communication Easy check in Great property, very central to be able to walk everywhere in Cheltenham. Would highly recommend. Great Malvern Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"Very clean; Helpful staff; Nice full -English breakfast; Good location; Well-equipped bedroom. Highly recommended."

The Malvern - (Adults Only)

8/10 Good

"Lovely spa, but housekeeping needs improvement Overall, we had a lovely stay and really enjoyed the spa facilities. The hotel has a lot going for it and we had a relaxing time. Unfortunately, the biggest disappointment was the cleanliness. The room was not cleaned to the standard I would expect from a hotel and spa of this level, and the rooms themselves are starting to look quite tired and would benefit from refurbishment. It is a shame because with better attention to housekeeping and some investment in the bedrooms, this could be an excellent place to stay. We still enjoyed our visit, but the cleanliness really needs addressing."
