Had a three night midweek stay. Hotel was very easy to find, right on main road with good signage. Car park at side. Staff were helpful and attentive. Room clean, bed comfotable, shower good. Breakfasts were filling and well cooked to order.

Great location, friendly staff, renovated in last couple of years. Quiet, warm, comfortable room and beds, and good breakfast. Don't expect the most modern facilities (eg shower mixer) but everything worked as it should and we would recommend and return here.

Great hotel and will stay again

Lovely location with the Malvern park right beside it, has great views of the Abbey and Malvern, and you can practically roll out of bed and run up to Sugarloaf Hill or the Worcestershire beacon. Breakfast was spot on.

We stayed for one night as we were attending a friends funeral the following day. we have stayed at this hotel on many occaisions before and it has never disappointed us. The room was comfortable and clean, the food was good and locally sourced with a substantial breakfast in the morning to set you up for the day. We did not go walking this time but it is well sited to walk in the park or up to the hills and springs in the area.
