“Lovely small town ”

“Friendly services，nice hotel.”

“Staff could be more attentive around the spa area.”

“The room was clean and comfortable- bed a bit low and no armchair to sit in. Dinner and breakfast were excellent. Staff were helpful and very friendly”

“Staff were lovely and the room was delightful. As always, the location is perfect for walking. Service in the restaurant is friendly but has room for improvement (eg taking plates away promptly, and presenting wine at the right temperature (red wine temp was good on one day, but far too cold the next). It would be useful when booking if it were clearer that there is a restricted menu Sun - Tues. Overall, we really appreciate the welcome here.”

“Clean room, lovely outlook.”

“Great view. Limited parking but did get down the road. Good location for walking the hills. Good breakfast”

“The hotel is worn and dated. Premier boasts that you will have a comfortable sleep, it was by far the least comfortable stay we had on this 5 city holiday. However, the restaurant was very good, we had breakfast and dinner there each day of our stay. We only chose this hotel for the location as we had business within walking distance.”

“All good. Some noise from boiler next door, but on balance ok.”

“Lovely Period furnishings and decor, excellent facilities, but it's the stunning view from all rooms that sets this property apart! The only downside is the steep staircase but the host carried our bags for us which helped”

“I really enjoyed my stay at Kitts Cottage. It had all the necessities for a comfy, snug stay and the owner was very helpful.”
