「Clean and communication was awesome」

「Just okay」

「The only problem was that I had booked a room with 2 beds and all they have there are rooms with one bed and a foldout couch. So Expedia should not have told me that my reservation was a room with 2 beds. I would have booked some other hotel with 2 beds. In the picture that Expedia showed me of the room, it had 2 queen beds. That is not how a company should treat a loyal customer.」

「This space is so nice. Its comfortable, quiet, and convenient. The Sandy Springs Brewing Co. is the best spot to grab grad a drink with friends and family. Will definitely book again!」

「The Century Home is great. It has been remodeled exquisitely and is very accommodating. We loved it.」

「We tried to check out early. We rang the bell three times nobody ever showed up. We finally just left.」

「Staff was great! Good breakfast, definitely would stay here again.」

「Very impressed for the price point! Everything was clean, modern, and the staff was very friendly.」

「Friendly staff and clean room, overall we were satisfied.」

「We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended it for an additional night. The beds were comfortable, the rooms clean, breakfast was plentiful, and the location was convenient.」

「My second time there and plan to stay again.」

「I’ve now stayed at this property twice both times we had issues, but this most recent trip was inexcusable. firstly due to a booking error on Expedia’s part (or so they say) we got a standard double room instead of a king suite, and when I asked about the possibility of a price difference, they said that all of their rooms were the same price which I have a hard time believing. Secondly, on our first night we noticed a room and I thought that that is where the ice was so I went to take a peek...
