"Warm, welcoming, and outstanding from arrival to departure. The staff at Musket are, in our opinion, the BEST of all the island resorts we've visited, and always seemed to make and take the time to add a personal touch - nothing was ever a problem. There is something at Musket for every age and life stage. Daily snorkeling out at the sandbar, the beauty of a relatively large tropical island to explore on foot, and laidback BBQ's at Island Bar are stand-out memories for us that will also keep us returning and choosing Musket over the other resorts - but truly, these are only the highlights, because Musket is an All Star Cast of continually great moments. The food selection and quality is very good. Despite high occupancy, you never feel like the place is crowded as it is so well designed. We've stayed in both the Lagoon Bure (our first visit, with adult children in a separate bure) and Garden Bure, and both were tastefully appointed rooms that were thoughtful in their design and functional layout, generous in proportion, and offering good privacy from "neighbours" in other bures. "What can we say about this resort that hasn’t already been said. Insert all the superlatives, as this place is magnificent. This was our 2nd trip back to Sheraton Tokoriki, and we are already planning our 3rd. The accomodation, the beaches, the reef, the food, the cleanliness, the weather…..and last but by no means least, the staff. Every employee we interacted with at the resort, from the management, the waiters and waitresses, the chefs, the gardeners, the activities team, were SO friendly to us. "Staff were the most attentive and friendliest group of people I’ve ever had the pleasure to be served by in a resort setting. Spa therapists were excellent and accommodating to my physical limitations. Brought the massages to our room rather than me having to walk to the spa. Grounds were meticulously groomed daily. Food was excellent in presentation, quality, and variety. This resort paid more attention to small details than any place we’ve stayed before."
