Location is fabulous and its great to come back for lunch and to warm up. Beds were very comfortable, and linens were soft and clean. 12 cup coffee maker available but no coffee or filters for at least one night. We needed to buy some cookware to be able to make breakfast because unless you want soup or chili, there are no decent frying pans of any size or shape. 1 water glass. The heater in the twin bedroom is not working, and is very loud, otherwise if you can locate all the controls works well.

This condo is in a great location and is nice and spacious. However, it is so poorly appointed in the kitchen and it feels very tired and worn out, giving it a dirty feel. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean and felt recently remodeled, although a toilet broke while we were there.

The property had nice big windows and big sofas. However, many details within the property were outdated (bed, cooking utensils, carpet). I expected updated details like other vacation homes I have stayed and booked with vrbo.

This is my second time staying at this property because of proximity to Canyon Lodge. The unit was clean and cozy. Nothing beats being able to walk to the lifts and come "home" for lunch. The view looking out is nice and little kids like watching the Gondola go by. The covered underground parking is great to not have to shovel snow off your car. The unit does not have any consumables so bring your own spices, oils, foil, and zip lock bags, fire wood (lighter) you might need. Would definitely come back again to stay.

The property has all features as listed. However, the condo was not clean upon check-in: used towels were handing around; bedding were a mess; trash in the kitchen was not removed, etc. Wifi didn't work for half of our stay and customer service wasn't able to help on it.

We liked the set up of this home. Very cozy with plenty of space. Loved all the comfortable seating. As with most vacation homes the pans are so freaking cheap! I hate that. Please put overhead lighting in the bedrooms, you can not see anything with lamps. An Ikea hanging light bulb on a cord will do! We had to bring our suitcases to the window to see in our bags. Please clean the cigarette butts off the balcony and put the screen back on the window. We were super weirded out by the carpet in all the bathrooms. If these things changed, it would be an amazing place.

I have a lot of experience with maintenance. The lights have been out for some time and the clogged drain has been clogged for some time as well. Even if these items were not reported in the past the cleaning crew should be seeing these issues. For this time of the year (winter dry conditions) the dehumidifiers should be sanitized weekly (they were a mess). The condo was very convenient time the ski slopes and roomy. The beds need new mattresses.

We have stayed in various Sierra Maegeve properties - we love being so close to Canyon Lodge! This condo was still a close walk but the management/owner company for this condo was not as great as any if our prior experiences. We booked for 4 nights and 8 adults and found very small sample sizes of dish detergent and the bath soap- not enough for our trip. Towels were 1 per person - and no extra towels, blankets, or even extra toilet paper. The sign on the fridge said we were given a "starter" set of supplies but that we should plan to purchase more from the local store. I do not mind when a VRBO doesnt offer the cute extras but it really seems like toilet paper should be included in the rental price. We did notify the company when I received their welcome text that there was an issue, but as with all of their contact there was no person involved to speak with. I will happily book another Sierra Maegeve condo but I will probably avoid booking from this management company and look for the privately owned condos instead.

Ideal location for Canyon Lodge! The condo layout is spacious and great for families. 4 stars because the Wi-Fi was not functional (this unit only, not an area connection issue) and the Vacasa team was not very helpful or motivated to resolve the issue. This threw us for a huge loop as we were not able to do the remote work we had intended during the kids’ spring break. The router needs to be updated and replaced.

Our stay was over President's Day Weekend 2020. Traveling with kids means we need the convenience of being close to a lodge. Ideally ski in/ski out. This unit was not ski in/out but a very short 5 minute walk. Shorter if you take the short cut behind the gondola building. Be aware that this condo does not have an elevator so if you have a lot of luggage, be prepared to bring it up 2 flights of stairs. The unit is very roomy. We loved the layout and especially the kids room with the twin over bunk and trundle combo bed. Bathroom counters and sinks were very nice. The internet was very spotty. Averaging around 4-5 Mbps which is very slow. It also went out a few times. I honestly think it is the old router. It also would have been nice to have some fire wood supplied with the unit. If the internet was up to par with other condos in Mammoth (which is very good ever since the fiber optic lines were installed), this place would have 5 stars.
