  • Horizons 4 Unit 169 is a nicely decorated and recently remolded. A comfortable 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom condo. If you want a home away from home, then this unit is for you; it has all the comforts and convenience of home, combined with the escape to the mountains!

    Max Occupancy is 6 people.

    Bed Arrangement: The master bedroom has a very comfortable pillow top queen size bed and a private bathroom. The second bedroom also has a pillow top queen bed as well as a bunk bed for your additional sleeping needs with a 32 INCH flat screen TV and DVD player. There is also a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room.

    Unit Amenities: It offers a full size kitchen, living room and separate dining area that leads out to your very own private deck. The deck is stacked with dry, seasoned firewood for your use in the wood stove during the cold winter months. The 2nd bathroom is a full size bathroom with a tub, shower, and a separate vanity area. The full size kitchen has all the basic appliances and equipment for your comfort and convenience. The living room has a flat screen for your viewing pleasure.

    On Site Amenities: Walk over to the recreation room and enjoy its amenities, including coin op laundry machines, a pool table, a ping pong table, video games, a soda machine, and small reading area. At the end of your day unwind in the jacuzzi or dry sauna which are open year round.

    Come and find your getaway from home and you’ll never want to leave!

    This is not a pet unit and no smoking please.

We had a wonderful stay! The property was exceptionally clean, cozy, and located in a peaceful neighborhood. It was conveniently close to local grocery stores and key attractions, making our trip to Mammoth Lakes truly memorable. Highly recommended—we would love to stay here again!

I would rate this property 10/10. Conveniently located, super clean & well maintained. Comes with a fully loaded kitchen which is super convenient to prep food for kids. Plenty of board games for family fun. Clean and comfy beds with extra pillows and blankets.

Excellent stay during Christmas time! The accommodation was great for a family of four. Kitchen and living area is well equipped. Location is central to all amenities. The only request is to have key drop off at location instead of office

The lack of toiletries was inconvenient, but I understand that is policy. Everything else was wonderful. The unit was very clean, the beds were comfortable and warm, and the kitchen was well stocked with necessities. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautifully updated condo, tastefully decorated, fully stocked and right across the street from the bus stop. Perfect location. Couldn't ask for more. The fireplace added to the coziness!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 35 years staying at horizons 4. The grounds are kept up but the game room and pool area needs attention. Ping pong paddles are terrible, video games don’t work , and very few chairs at poolside. Great location you can walk into town. Mammoth Mountain reservations were wonderful.

Exactly what we we looking for...a crash pad with full kitchen and barbecue.

We had a very comfortable stay. WiFi could use upgrading, but other than that, everything was good.

2 bed/2bath condo near Yosemite.

We decided to book this condo because of the size, and how close it was to Yosemite. We loved it. It had everything we needed, including pool, hot tub, pool table and ping pong table. We were able to fit 6 people there, very comfortably. The only issue was the toilet in our room didn't always flush well. Overall we loved it and would go back again.
