Large Bright Home, Cozy Fireplace. Walk to Restaurants, Shops & Ice Rink

This comfortable 1 Bedroom w/loft, 2 bathroom unit; sleeps up to six people and is close to shops and restaurants! Enjoy all the comforts of home with a full kitchen and wood burning stove. In the living room you will find a flat screen TV, DVD, Stereo, and WiFi. The master bedroom has a queen bed and the loft has a queen and a bunk bed with a full size bottom bunk with a flat screen TV/DVD. The complex offers a Pool (Summer only), BBQ Grill, Jacuzzi, Tennis court, outside parking. Located on the green shuttle line, the location is central and close to restaurants, shopping and the shuttle route. This unit is not pet friendly. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Our calendar is updated in real time. It was easy in easy out. The condo was a bit outdated, the beds in the loft were uncomfortable, but the skiing made up for it. We had a great weekend and can’t wait to go back again.

Mammoth Ski Trip

Our stay was fine. The unit was clean, convenient and well heated. However, the unit needs maintenance and updating. The sink in the primary bedroom drained very slow. The shower/bath in the primary bedroom was not working correctly, difficult to get hot water. One of the blinds in the living room broke, just fell off. The lighting overall was poor. Overall we felt that the unit needs some updating and a handyman to look it over.

Perfect for a ski trip!

Easy check in process (contact-free), clean property, lots of space, exactly what we needed for a weekend getaway in mammoth! Only downside - hot tub in the complex wasn't on at all. There wasn't anything saying that it was closed, so that was a bummer. Otherwise, a great experience!

good floorplan, shabby and in need of a facelift

This place is a mixed bag. The positives: - good floor plan, plenty of space - awesome bunk bed setup upstairs for several kids - fireplace and firewood - Good service from property management company The negatives: - Everything feels really old and worn. Like visiting your 100-year-old Great Aunt Millie's place. 30-40 years outdated. - No access to washer and dryer. Huge pain when staying for a week. - Theres a bad smell that comes and goes from time to time near the owner's closet. Not sure if its something in the closet or coming from the dryer vent below. Couldn't be solved with two tries during our stay. - Definitely feels like the owner is doing the bare minimum and doesn't have a modern view of how to make a place hospitable. Overall, I think you can find much better overall quality and value for the same price elsewhere in Mammoth, but that could easily be cured with some modernization and updating

In need of a few upgrades ie Lino in upstairs bathroom is torn, carpet is old, no kitchen sink stops

Perfect for our family. Comfortable and roomy. Lots of dishes except for cereal bowls. Would have liked access to washer & dryer to do our own towels as driving to pick up replacements was not very convenient. Office off site has other draw backs too. Generally enjoyed a lot though.

Bigger than expected

Lots of room for a family of four. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking. Nice sleeping accommodations. My only complaint is that the heater makes a clicking noise that kept waking me up.
