Bedding Arrangement: Queen in the master, queen in the loft and a bunk bed. Unit has a great view.

Complex Amenities: This condo is close to the pool, two spas, saunas, recreation room, and community barbecues. Coin operated washing machine and dryers are located on the premises. Mammoth Ski and Racquet Club is one of a very few complexes in the town that hosts a ski back trail that is groomed and maintained by the Mountain.

Special Instructions: There is a hot water switch behind the front door. Please make sure it's on before reporting that there is no hot water in the unit.

You can walk or take a short drive to Canyon Lodge (apprx ½ a mile) or catch a free shuttle to Mammoth Village (apprx 1 mile) just down the street.

Towels and linens are supplied but extra towels for the pool/jacuzzi are not supplied. There is 1 blanket per bed, please bring extra blankets if you tend to get cold.

Parking: 1 vehicle guaranteed. For 2nd vehicle, it is a first come first serve basis; please check in with office first.

On site management is accessible 24/7 and snow removal is performed as the snow falls for uninhibited access.
