Getting to Mammoth: 4X4 vehicles and or chains may be required to access the Mammoth area when traveling during snow and Winter weather conditions. During weather, be prepared the town of Mammoth often checks for chains / AWD. Getting to the condo: The road to access our building is uphill and can be impacted during winter events. Rarely in heavy storms, can we experience road closures. However, you must be an experienced winter driver and use extreme caution. We require 4x4 vehicles and chains on hand in case you need them. If you are an experienced skier ask us about the sneaky ski-back trail and easy walk/ski to the lift! Please keep in mind that this is an upgraded unit within an older building, it is a middle unit, and the walls are thin. We ask guests to be considerate and respect quiet hours. This home utilizes outdoor video surveillance on the premises, a camera is located at the entry front door.
