    Located less than a 3 miles from popular damn 3 public spring River access and Mammoth spring, the 10th largest spring.
    Rafting, kayaking and canoe rentals only 1/4 mile away!! Lots of restaurants, boutiques, flea markets and local stores only a couple miles away too! Private covered seating, with hammock, chairs and firepit for your own use. Also shared outdoor cooking area with flat top propane grill and charcoal grill for your use. 10 acres of land to roam and trails on property for your use!
