“We had a fantastic stay! Our group included my husband and I, our kids, my mother, and two of our friends and their kids (5 adults plus children ages 3-9). Each one of us had a wonderful time. We visited during the busy, popular 2024 eclipse time and spent an extended weekend relaxing and enjoying the lake view from the sunroom, the pier, the fire circle (perfect eclipse viewing spot!), and the back porch. The home is even more welcoming than the photos portray. There has obviously been a lot of thought put into the needs of the traveler. In particular we appreciated the coffee station, clear communication both in the reservation and in home details. “Have stayed there before and loved it. This stay not so much the bathrooms needed some attention, but can easily be overlooked, the cabin on the otherhand was not, the beds,and bed linens were absolutely clean and tidy that was about it. Now there are canoes and floaters coming and going ruining the peaceful feeling, it just felt to much like being at Saddler falls or one of those places.”
