“A first class operation from top to bottom. Guest and public rooms beautifully furnished and decorated, breakfast selections and quality excellent, service deserves special mention. Advice and support from concierges made our stay at the hotel and in Budapest very special. Had several satisfying meals. In the hotel restaurant. ”

“We stayed at this hotel last weekend and it’s our understanding that it has only recently opened. Unfortunately, our experience wasn’t the best. When we arrived at our room, my girlfriend wanted to shower before our scheduled river boat trip. We realised there was no hairdryer in the room, so I asked a member of staff if one was available. He said he would go and get one for us. However, after waiting around 30 minutes with no update, I went to follow up and was then told there were none……

“This was excellent overall. The property is less than 6 months old so everything was modern and impeccably clean. Right besides the St Basilica so location for tourist to all of Pest and easy walk to the Chain Bridge to get to Buda. The breakfast was far better than expected and lots of variety. The best part was the staff. From the breakfast area who were so thoughtful for my wife’s gluten allergies to front staff and even the bar (where we had a fresh vegetable bowl that was delicious).……

“Good hotel, good location, room was big and comfortable and a nice little spa. The only downside was the restocking of the sugar and creamer. Plus a hotel like this should offer more than sachets of creamer powder”

“The unique hotel design at Aria Hotel immediately caught my eye whilst checking-in. We stayed in the King bed room with courtyard view and it was spacious and beautifully decorated. The friendly staff truly made my stay special. Their hospitality was exceptional, always ready to assist and make me feel at home. I can't thank them enough for their kindness! The delicious breakfast was the icing on the cake, offering a great variety of tasty options to start the day. ”
