“Es war alles sooo wunderschön! Die Fewo war sehr sauber; rundherum ein toller Balkon, eher wie eine Terrasse mit einem sagenhaften Blick aufs Meer und die Berge. Sowohl der Sonnenauf- als auch der untergang ein Genuß! Das Grundstück ist sehr gepflegt und sehr schön angelegt. Die Eigentümer Christel und Rino wohnen unten und sind zwei absolute Goldstücke. “First of all, Bruno’s home is so much lovelier than the pictures on the website depict. We initially booked thinking 10 or 11 people would be traveling with us to Sardinia, but unfortunately they were not able to come. The house could have easily fit them and a few others. The view from the pool is to die for. I can’t imagine a better view. The house was very clean and Bruno was very responsive to our inquiries. Francesco, the caretaker was very nice as well. “We booked this lovely villa for a weeks stay, very last minute. Francesca was very accommodating and extremely helpful with recommendations for car hire,taxis,places to visit etc. All in all an excellent host! The villa was exactly as shown, well equipped inside and out (lovely pool) and the view was amazing, the little welcome gift on arrival was a lovely touch and much appreciated. “Unser Aufenthalt im Haus Rosmarina war prima. Es ist klein,aber fein, perfekt für Paare und auch mit einem Kind. Die Kommunikation war mehr als herrausragend und herzlich. Die Mama vom Vermieter kümmert sich liebevoll um alles und wohnt in der Nähe. Und ein späterer Check Out wurde uns vom Vermieter angeboten, weil die Wohnung erst am Tag danach wieder belegt war. “Wir haben im April 2024 elf schöne Tage in der Villa Budoni in Tanaunella verbracht und und sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Blick von der Terrasse aus ist wunderschön, besonders wenn abends die Sonne über den Hügeln untergeht. Es ist im Frühjahr dort sehr ruhig, nur wenige Touristen waren dort. Das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es war sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt (nur Weingläser gab es nicht. Aber der sardische Wein hat uns auch aus anderen Gläsern geschmeckt.……

“Villa was nice. Quite overlooked by surrounding villas though but we stayed out of seasons so wasnt an issue for us. Its more of a 'trek' to beach and shops, would definitely recommend car hire. Would have been nice to have had some essentials in the house when we arrived, our flight was a late one so we had nothing at home to eat when we arrived, and some more toilet paper, dishwasher tablets and washing tablets would have been helpful. “Wir haben in unseren Osterferien nach einem Ferienhaus gesucht wo wir zu viert als Familie entspannen können. In dem Haus war alles perfekt. Super bequeme Betten, alles sehr durchdacht und alles da was man braucht. Wir haben uns unfassbar wohl gefühlt und wollten gar nicht mehr nach Hause. :-) Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin Lara war sehr freundlich. Lara hat uns bei vielen Fragen schnell geholfen und ist uns immer entgegen gekommen wenn wir zusätzliche Anfragen hatten. Wir werden auf jeden Fall……
