Perfect Mallorca beach vacation

This place was perfect for our Mallorca vacation. We absolutely loved the place and Yadir was excellent to communicate with leading up to and during our stay. He went above and beyond to make us feel at home, including offering to pick us up from the airport and show us the place and surrounding area upon check in. The apartment had all the essentials we needed during our stay and we spent lots of time on the private rooftop balcony, which has amazing panoramic views - highly recommended. We would definitely stay here again and will be sharing our experience with friends!

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment. The host, Yadir, was a great help and was very attentive when we needed any information. He made our stay an even better experience. I must admit he provided everything we needed and more and his apartment certainly has the wow factor. The roof terrace was a beautiful place to eat and relax. I can certainly recommend this apartment.

As soon as I saw Yadir’s place on VRBO, I knew it was right for us - so much so that we actually moved the date of our holiday to tie in with availability. We were not disappointed. The place was spotlessly clean and a great base for our week of exploring the island. Yadir was quick to respond to any questions and, when I asked him whether there was an iron, he said there were “all the essentials”. Well, he wasn’t kidding! Washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, spare bedding, more loo roll and towels than we could ever hope to use and more. One thing worth mentioning is that the apartment is on the second floor, which was fine for us but wouldn’t suit everyone. It was definitely worth it because that gave you the rooftop terrace. We LOVED the terrace for a drink, some late afternoon sunbathing or a barbecue and it will hold a special place in our memories as my (now) fiancé proposed to me there 😀 The apartment is in a residential area which suited us but you can walk to the sandy beach and restaurants in about five minutes. S’Illot itself is a little quieter than its neighbour Sa Coma but has everything you need and we actually preferred it as a resort. I would definitely book again and can highly recommend the apartment - you will not be disappointed

Die Wohnung hat eine super Lage in der Wohngegend von S'IIlot. Daher ist es etwas ab von den Hotels und dem Trubel. Man ist allerdings in 5min am Strand oder der Promenade mit Geschäften und Restaurants.Cer Check-In war ohne Probleme. Der Vermieter war sehr fürsorglich und hat uns wie verabredet vor dem Haus empfangen. Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden, man findet immer etwas direkt vorm Haus.Die Einweisung war freundlich und ausführlich. Zur Begrüßung gab es sogar eine kleine Obstauswahl, Wein, Wasser, Bier, Cola, man ist also schonmal versorgt.Die Wohnung liegt im 2 EG, daher muss man ein paar Treppenstufen meistern. Über eine weitere Treppe gelangt man auf die tolle Dachterasse. Man hat einen super Rundum Blick. Berge, Land und Meer. :-) Auch dort gibt es eine Doppelliege mit Dach/Vorhang, Tisch, Stühle, Grill und eine Aussendusche.Der Wohnbereich und das Schlafzimmer verfügen über eine Klimaanlage. Generell ist die Wohnung mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet. Kaffeemaschine (DolceGusto), Filterkaffeemaschine, Mixer, Wasserkocher, Induktionsherd, grosser Kühlschrank mit Eisfach und alles was man noch so benötigt. Waschmaschine und Trockner sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Viele Verbrauchsgegenstände sind ebenfalls schonmal vorhanden. (Klopapier, Küchenrolle, Alufolie, Zucker, Gewürze, Salz, Öle, Seife, Duschgel etc.etc.)Bei der Wohnung handelt es sich um eine reguläre und registrierte Ferienwohnung. Wir kommen sicher noch einmal dort hin, es war einfach perfekt. :-)

Rundum Meerblick

In der Wohnung fehlt es an nichts. Sie ist ruhig gelegen und trotzdem nahe zu Strand- und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Dachterrasse ist toll mit Rundumblick aufs Meer. Yadir ist ein sehr netter und zuvorkommender Vermieter. Vielen Dank!

Das Apartment entspricht den Fotos und hat unsere Erwartungen erfüllt. Die Dachterrasse ist super und bietet einen tollen Ausblick. Der Vermieter ist seher freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für unser empfinden waren die Matratzen etwas zu Hart, aber dies muss jeder selbst entscheiden. Erwähnenswert ist noch, dass der Zugang zur Wohnung über einen Treppenhaus mit 34 Stufen erfolgt. Für ältere Menschen wird dies sicherlich schwierig. Alles in allem ist das eine tolle Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen und weiterempfehlen.

Toller Aufenthalt!

Die Wohnung ist wirklich schön und lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig! Vor allem der tolle Ausblick auf der Dachterrasse ist fantastisch:-) Außerdem erwähnenswert: der absolut toller Service unseres Vermieters Yadir! Obwohl wir aufgrund einer Flugverspätung mitten in der Nacht ankamen, hat er uns super freundlich vor Ort begrüßt und uns die Wohnung gezeigt:-) Ganz toll war auch, dass zur Begrüßung bereits Wasser, Softgetränke, Milch, eine Flasche Wein und Obst bereit standen - ein toller Service, den wir insbesondere, da wir nach unserem verspäteten Flug nicht mehr einkaufen konnten, sehr zu schätzen wussten... Super ist auch, dass alles zum täglichen Gebrauch bereits vorhanden war. Gewürze, Spülmaschinentabs, Waschmittel, etc. waren vorhanden. Das ist nicht immer so und ich ärgere mich regelmäßig bei anderen Ferienwohnungen, dass ich z.B. für einmal Wäsche waschen immer gleich eine Großpackung Waschmittel kaufen muss... Das war hier nicht der Fall:-) Sehr empfehlen kann ich auch das Angebot von Yadir, sich auf der Dachterasse massieren zu lassen. Er ist Masseur und kommt bei Bedarf mit seiner Massageliege zu einer professionellen Wellnessmassage vorbei. Alles in allem ein wirklich gelungener Aufenthalt im schönen Ambiente, dass wir absolut weiter empfehlen können!

Gute Ausgangslage, süßes Appartement

Wir waren eine Woche im November auf Mallorca. Der Ort ist relativ eingeschlafen, die meisten Restaurants haben bereits zu, dies muss einem beim Buchen natürlich klar sein. Das Appartement war wie auf den Bildern ausgestattet. Viele Handtücher, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, Öle und Gewürze sind vorhanden, Kaffeepulver und Kapseln (dolce Gusto) waren ebenfalls vorhanden. Das Appartement kühlt natürlich in den kälteren Tagen etwas aus, es gibt jedoch eine Klima+Heizung, die haben wir dann auch genutzt. Einziges Manko, das Bad hat kein Fenster und auch keine gute Lüftung. Die maximale Höhe der Dusche/Duschkopf ist relativ niedrig, so dass das Duschen für große Personen etwas ungemütlich ist. (Wir sind beide über 1,80m) Appartment befindet sich im 2. Stock, muss also über ein schmales Treppenhaus begangen werden. (War für uns kein Problem) Der Vermieter war sehr nett, hat uns Tipps gegeben und uns ebenfalls einen frischen Obstkorb, Wein und Milch bereitgestellt. Für zwei Personen war das Appartement vollkommen in Ordnung! Die Dachterrasse bietet einen schönen Blick für Sonnenauf- und Untergänge. Für mehr konnte sie jedoch nicht genutzt werden, da es das Wetter nicht zugelassen hat.

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Haben die Tage genossen, viele interessante Ausflüge gemacht. Kommunikation mit dem netten Vermieter war hervorragend. Die Wohnung einschließlich Dachterrasse ist sehr schön. Sie ist uneingeschränkt weiter zu empfehlen.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in sehr ruhiger Lage. Wenige Sekunden Fußmarsch vom Meer entfernt. Die Dachterrasse ist mit dem Ausblick ein absolutes Highlight. Sehr sauber, gute Ausstattung und ein sehr sympathischer und zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Kläre Weiterempfehlung. Very nice apartment in a very quiet location. A few seconds walk from the sea. The roof terrace is an absolute highlight with the view. Very clean, good facilities and a very sympathetic and accommodating host. Clear recommendation. Muy bonito piso en una zona muy tranquila. Tolle Unterkunft, sehr gut ausgestattet. Sehr gut und zentral gelegen, toller Blick von der Dachterrasse und sehr ruhig da in einer Seitenstraße gelegen. Wundervoll

Wir hatten eine phantastische Zeit in der Wohnung. Alles wie beschrieben. Waren insgesamt 3 Wochen dort und haben von dort unsere Ausflüge auf die Insel unternommen. Wie bereits erwähnt ist die dachterasse mit Dusche, Grill und Himmelbett das Higlight. Yadir hat sich toll gekümmert und wir werden gerne Wiederkommen.

Die Unterkunft ist ein Traum! Top modern eingerichtet, super gepflegt und sauber. Die Dachterasse übertrifft alles, mit toller Rundumsicht auf das Meer und das Dorf. Das ganze Objekt sieht genauso aus wie auf den Fotos. Yadir ist der perfekte Gastgeber und stand für alle Fragen immer sofort zur Verfügung. Wir haben uns rundherum wohl gefühlt und hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt.
