"Matos" is a beautifully appointed 4-room vacation rental spread across 2 levels, offering a total surface area of 130 m2 and accommodating a maximum capacity of 6 guests. The property features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, thoughtfully distributed between the ground floor and the upper floor to ensure comfort and privacy for all guests.
On the ground floor, the welcoming living and dining area is furnished with care and elegance, featuring an open-hearth fireplace intended for decorative purposes, a dining table, and direct access to one of the 2 covered terraces totalling 30 m2. The kitchen, also accessible from this level, opens onto the garden and is fully equipped for self-catering stays. The ground floor hosts 1 bedroom with 2 beds and 1 bedroom with a French bed measuring 150 cm, the latter benefiting from its own air conditioning unit. The bathroom facilities on this floor consist of a shower with WC and a separate WC.
The upper floor offers an additional bedroom featuring a French bed measuring 160 cm, also equipped with air conditioning, along with a private exit to the second terrace. The bathroom on this floor includes a bath with WC and a double hand-basin. From both levels, guests can enjoy a beautiful and unobstructed view of the surrounding countryside.
