Colazione dolce e salata. Clientela prevalentemente inglese tedesca ed est Europa. Qualità prezzo imbattibile

Really good for price i paid , however we got taken to beach by the hotel minibus , a 30 plus minutes walk away , there was a torrential storm and they just left us with 2 toddlers to walk back, no remorse either ,no duty of care, and you cannot get a taxi for love or money from there

Gorgeous hotel with lovely views all round. All inclusive meant ALL inclusive, 4 pools of varying sizes and privacy adding to the something for everyone of all ages and abilities. No single use plastic, friendly staff, decent food and very clean amenities all across the hotel. Highly recommend for families with smaller kids

An overall positive experience, the only criticism would be the loud stage shows beneath our balcony, soundproofing of the room functioned well but not perfectly. It’s worth noting that shows always ended promptly before 23:00 and the hotel was very peaceful outside the show times. I would say rooms away from this area are more suitable for younger families.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were all lovely and helpful. It was a bit too child-focused for us, with lots of activities and entertainment geared towards families. The food wasn’t really to my taste, although I’m probably fussier than most. Overall, a good option for families with young children.

We found the staff really helpful - happy to get us fresh sheets in the middle of the night when kids had an accident! The all inclusive was good value - yes some of the meals feel a bit repetitive after a few days but overall decent food. The local beach is underwhelming and harder to access but we were happy at the pool and it was the quieter side of the island - Alcudia and Soller seemed way more touristy and expensive! But it was an hour drive back to Palma so a hire car is essential. Decor a bit dated but clean

The hotel itself was lovely, with very friendly staff, and it was exceptionally clean. It was perfect for families with young children. The pool area was great, with several pools to choose from. The only negative aspect I can think of was the restaurant. Because it's indoors with closed windows, it gets extremely noisy. As a result, mealtimes weren't particularly enjoyable, and we often found ourselves eating quickly just so we could leave
