Shady terraces with daybeds, breakfast spots for your morning coffee, bamboo or fabric sunshades with cool furniture, a dining area on the veranda, a seating area on the upstairs balcony, the cosy corner in the garden in front of the pond - these are just some of the areas worth discovering and which will delight your children in particular. In addition to exploring the outdoor area, there is a fitness and games room in the garage for young and old alike. There are also goals for a football match and nothing stands in the way of a table tennis or table football tournament. On the upper floor there is also a covered balcony with pool view, where you can spend pleasant hours enjoying the beautiful view. This layout provides a larger group of travellers with a very pleasant degree of autonomy - one holiday rhythm does not disturb the other and the time spent together barbecuing and playing is purely for relaxation. As the versatile villa is conveniently located near a road that is audible at times, Manacor can be reached in 5 minutes by car. However, Manacor is not just any town, but the second largest in Mallorca. Translated, the name means hand on heart and this really reflects how beautiful the town is. It is not only known for its pearl industry, but also for pottery, wine and much more. A fruit and vegetable market is held daily (except Sundays) in Placa Constitucio. Everything is perfect for a self-determined holiday with friends and family.
