Nice apartment close to a beautiful beach

We really recommend others to stay at this apartment close to Cala Anguila and Cala Mendia. Nice apartment with all necessary equipment, good airconditioning and a really nice terrace to enjoy your meals. Minor downside is that the apartment is facing a big road with trucks and busses passing throughout the day. Otherwise, we would definitely love to come back.

Keine Penthouse-Wohnung

Wir sind enttäuscht von dieser in die Jahre gekommene 3-Zimmer Wohnung im obersten Stock des Hauses auf gleicher Ebene wie eine weitere Wohnung.Die Einweisung nach der Ankunft hat nicht geklappt, das WLAN hat 10 Tage nicht funktioniert. Wir würden diese Wohnung nie mehr buchen.

Wir haben ein sehr schöne Zeit in der Ferienwohnung verbracht. Sehr gepflegte Anlage. Tolle Poolregelung. Tolle Buchten in der Nähe. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit der Agentur, die sehr bemüht war. Insgesamt auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung.

Bella posizione, comodo accesso, contesto del residence curato e a 10 minuti scarsi a piedi dalla spiaggia piu’ vicina, nelle immediate vicinanze raggiungibili sempre a piedi altre 2 belle spiagge attrezzate. Posizione centrale che permette di raggiungere qualsiasi punto di Maiorca raggiungibile in macchina.

Tolles Apartment, ruhige Lage und schöne Strände in der Umgebung

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in einem wirklich tollen Apartment. Ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer und eine voll ausgestattete Küche, ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten bieten mehr als ausreichend Platz. Es ist eine Waschmaschine vorhanden, so dass man zwischendurch waschen kann. In Porto Cristo Novo sind in nächster Nähe 3 sehr schöne Strände. Insgesamt eine ideale Basis um einen tollen Urlaub in Mallorca fernab vom Trubel des Massentourismus zu erleben. Der Gastgeber und seine Unterstützung kommunizieren schnell und unkompliziert und haben sich vorbildlich um uns gekümmert.

Perfekt für Familien

Wir haben traumhafte 10 Tage auf Mallorca als Familie in der Wohnung verbracht. Vom ersten Kontakt, über Begrüßung bis hin zur Abreise lief alles reibungslos und sehr gut. Die Wohnung hat eine persönliche Note, es ist nahezu alles vorhanden, sogar Spielzeug/Bücher für unsere beiden Jungs. Das hat uns u.a. besonders gut gefallen. Die Anlage selbst wirkt sehr gepflegt und der große Pool war das I-Tüpfelchen. Fußläufig, etwa 900 m befindet sich der Strand Cala Anguila, der sehr empfehlenswert ist. Ansonsten ist alles mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen. Von uns gibt es eine klare Weiterempfehlung für diese Unterkunft!

Tolle Wohnung Vista Sol

Wir waren im März für vier Wochen in der Wohnung Vista Sol. Uns hat die Wohnung super gut gefallen, wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Sie ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Lage ist ruhig, mit sonniger großer Dachterrasse. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat problemlos und schnell geklappt. Auch die Betreuung durch Andreas, Corinna und Eva vor Ort war supergut. Bei Problemen konnte man sich vertrauensvoll an sie wenden. Von unserer Seite ist die Wohnung eine klare Empfehlung. Gerne wieder!

Ausstattung der FeWo

Es wäre sehr schön, wenn folgende Basisutensilien zur Ausstattung gehören um einen unbeschwerten und entspannten Einzug zu genießen: - Küchenrollen - ordentliches, großes Brotmesser - Zucker - Servietten - Teelichter - Strand- bzw. Poolhandtücher Die FeWo könnte von der Ausstattung ein kleines Modernisierungs-Update erhalten. Sonst sehr gute Lage mit toller, gepflegter und ruhiger Poolanlage

Tolle Unterkunft

Wir wurden super empfangen von Corinna. Es waren sogar paar kalte Getränke für uns bereitgestellt. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Klimaanlage war in jedem Zimmer vorhanden. Die Ausstattung war hervorragend, es war sogar Strand Spielzeug vorhanden und 3 Sonnenschirme. Die Terrasse war groß mit 2 Sonnenliegen und der Pool war das Highlight für unseren Sohn. Die Anlage war sehr gepflegt, wir würden die Ferienwohnung auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

Weekend trip

We wanted a quieter location on Mallorca, and the property met our needs. The nearby beach was easily accessible and quiet considering the late October stay. We appreciated Corinna's patience with our check in time as we needed to pick up the rental car, grocery shop and grab lunch. Communication with her was very easy. Our only 'local' dining was at Quince in Porto Cristo on our arrival night - highly recommend! We enjoyed the relaxing setting, top floor unit and wide patio-balcony. We had to abruptly change our Saturday plans for due to a cancelled boat excursion-- so we quickly opted to explore several sites in western and northwestern Mallorca. The excursions we ended up taking wouldn't have been as easily decided if not for the well planned 'local guide book' provided! Thank you for this! While it was written in German - Google translate helped. We've stayed at many Air B&B's/VRBO's and have never had such a well planned and thoughtful local guidebook. We also greatly appreciate the complimentary wine and beer provided - after exploring and arriving late back to the comfortable property, this was much appreciated.

Unglaublich schöne FeWo

Das Apartment war so schön wie auf den Bildern. Eigentlich noch schöner. Wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Alles wurde uns erklärt, war sauber und durchdacht. Bei unserer Ankunft gab es selbst Wasser, etwas zu knabbern und Softgetränke für uns. Nur zu empfehlen ohne als auch mit Kindern.👍🏼

Super tolles Appartement

Das Appartement bietet alles was man braucht und sich wünscht. Sehr positiv sind uns die Betten aufgefallen - diese waren sehr komfortabel! Die Lage der Wohmung ist super schön und sehr ruhig. Trotzdem sind die Badebuchten zu Fuß in 5 Min zu erreichen. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr nett und unkompliziert, die Serviceagentur vor Ort war super nett - besser geht es nicht. Wir waren mit dem Mietwagen vor Ort und hatten mit der Wohnung immer einen tollen Ausgangspunkt. Wir würden sofort wieder buchen!
