Wonderful Finca
The Finca itself and the area around is wonderful. We had enough space and rooms were clean and beds were nice.
We had some problems with the AC first, but the guys from Priotity Villas helped us to fix the problem. But unfortunately we had no second key, which we needed so much.The previous client took it home so we had only one key for seven people. We had no coffee machine which we could use. There were some, but none was working. We were offered to buy one by ourselves, but we honestly did not know were to get one. PV offered to bring one , but never came (due to a thunder storm) they said) and I don´t want to think about a running coffee machine through my vacation.
We had no matresses for the sun chairs. They are plastic ones and very hard.
We had no severe problems, but it is annoying to think about some if you want to enjoy your vacation, but are always online to check if you get a second key, matresses or a working coffee machine.
In total we enjoyed our stay very much, but weren´t happy with these things. From my point of view, these things should be available in thi standard.
PV answered always right away, but these three things couldn´t be solved.
