Inside, a cosy open space houses the living-dining room, equipped with air conditioning, fireplace, satellite television and WiFi. The kitchen, independent and functional, has gas hobs, oven and all the necessary utensils to prepare your favourite recipes.
The house has capacity for 7 people distributed in 4 bedrooms: two on the ground floor (one with a single bed and another with a double bed), and two on the upper floor (one with two single beds and another with a double bed). It has two modern bathrooms with shower and toilet.
In the exterior, the estate offers a private swimming pool surrounded by shaded areas with umbrellas and sun loungers, perfect for relaxing on summer days. It also has parking within the property.
The estate is located a few minutes from Manacor, a city with much to offer: from the History Museum in the Torre dels Enagistes, traditional windmills, weekly markets and the famous Majorica pearl factory, to an excellent local gastronomic offer.
