Villa 'Tortuga' with Sea View, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

The beautiful white Villa Tortuga is located in a very quiet noble suburb of Porto Cristo, in the northeast of Mallorca. The villa was built in 2021 directly by the sea. The interior of the luxury villa leaves nothing to be desired. The entire house with its large glass window fronts is flooded with light and very stylishly furnished to a high standard.



The interior is rounded off by a perfectly designed outdoor area. The Mediterranean garden gives you access to the villa and on the sea side of the villa you will find the 9 x 5 m pool with separate step entrance. The pool can be heated and is equipped with massage jets and a counter-current system. You will feel like you are at eye level with the Mediterranean - an unforgettable experience.



Away from the pool, there are various relaxation areas, either as seating groups or sun lounger areas under parasols. Next to the pool is the comfortable seating terrace with a direct view of the sea and pool. There are 2 further terraces on the upper floor. You will find both a Mediterranean garden with palm trees and cacti, as well as a breathtaking unobstructed view of the Mediterranean Sea, which borders directly on the property, and the entire property is fenced.



Over 2 floors there are 4 stylishly furnished bedrooms with 4 bathrooms en suite. Three of the bedrooms with double beds of 200 x 180cm are on the first floor, the fourth, a very large "master bedroom" with a double bed of 200 x 200cm, is on the upper floor. From the bed you have a direct view of the sea.



The villa is fully air-conditioned and there is underfloor heating for the cooler months of the year. Internet is of course also available.

The wine fridge in the kitchen area is perfect for storing your favorite drinks and then enjoying them in the stylish ambience.
