Booking mix up

We booked a room for 4 adults and were shown to a room with 2 single beds. We had to show booking confirmation email (using hot spot from staff member’s phone as the free wifi was non-existent) before we were then offered an uncleaned room with a double and single bed, as well as a single sofa bed. Host was very reluctant to give us extra linen for the sofa bed.

Overall disappointing

I booked a room for 3 adults which did not exist according to the staff at reception. So we had to book another room there and then. When we saw the rooms they were very tiny. We had no natural light, no toilet paper, and no clean sheets. This hotel might be cheap but it is not worth it.

Pictures better than reality

Pictures are way better than reality. Rooms were sort of nomicely furnished and all, but the preparation before they gave us the room was bad. Really bad. Not clean, no towels (there was suppose to be towels). No toiletpaper.. Would never stay here again. Plus they were very confused kn the reception. Not very friendly, and disnt really handle it professionally. We had booked a certain room, and payed for it, but once we got there they were out of those rooms. They gave us a higher priced room at no additional cost but it was definately not at all like the photos or what they said kt would be. No window in the room we stayed in. No hot water as was promised.
