「Good value for money」

「We heard great reviews for this hotel from friends in Manado, so we booked a room for our stay. I’m giving five stars because I believe my friends. However, a volcano meant that our flight turned around 30 minutes before we were supposed to land in Manado. We couldn’t use our reservation. I wrote to Expedia and the hotel to cancel the reservation. Expedia said they couldn’t refund the money because they needed to first receive the consent of the hotel and the hotel didn’t respond the hotel...

「Bruyant avec aucune insonorisation. La chambre donne sur l'axe principal qui est très circulé même la nuit. Pas propre, hormis heureusement les lits Salle de bains très vétuste Climatisation défectueuse On s'attendait à du basique, pour une courte nuit en venant de l'aéroport, mais là on est proche de l'insalubre. 」

「Pada pukul 3 pagi, terdapat beberapa tamu yang berbincang-bincang dengan suara keras di luar kamar, namun pihak hotel tidak menindak tegas mereka. kemudian, dikarenakan kamar yang kurang kedap suara, hal itu terdengar jelas hingga ke kamar.」

「Staff is very nice & helpful ,security is very good too... Room is a bit old & unclean but still acceptable Breakfast & Swimming pool is ok It's a very good experience in this hotel & if I have chance to go to Manado again , I'd like to stay in this hotel !」
