“We spent two wonderful weeks at the end of May and beginning of June in Renata's beautifully renovated stone cottage. The online pictures speak for themselves. It's stylishly renovated, and the location is fantastic. It's incredibly quiet, and you can see La Spezia and the Apuan Alps. There's a roof over the seating area, so you're well protected from rain and sun. However, a vehicle is absolutely necessary. The buses don't run frequently.What really made the vacation special, though, was Renata……

Davide communicated so well before our stay- suggesting restaurants and things to do, options for getting to the home, and even offered assistance with our bags and taxis! We did the sunset cruise of the towns with Fish & Chill that Davide recommended and it was fabulous! The apartment is clean, cute and worked wonderfully for us. “Loved this 4 level apartment! Location was amazing. Very comfortable. Air conditioning was great! We brought a car to Riomaggiore and we worked with owner for private parking. There is public parking but not guaranteed. View is nice from multiple levels. We were Ages 67, 51, 20 & 18. We were all in pretty good shape so we were able to handle all of the stairs/steps. But I wouldn’t recommend for anyone with knee or health issues. Our 20 & 18 yo LOVED the Rocky areas right by apartment and swam……
