She is very knowledgeable on the area and how to get around, as well as having tips on where to eat close by. We were there the weekend of the political parade and it was beautiful to see the locals...

「This is one of the best VRBO places we have stayed. It is very well stocked with everything you would need. The bright interior is lovely. You feel like you are staying in someone’s home. The grounds are beautiful and it is very private and peaceful. Pino is a marvelous host. Just be aware that the house is at the end of a long country lane. I would assuredly stay again! 」

「My Family and I (3 Adults and 2 school aged children) stayed here in our short stopped from NC before we headed back home to NYC! I was browsing in Vrbo debating if we will really stopped by in DC for a day or more? Then I saw this property, I quickly sent messages of few basic questions and the amazing Host Ryan was pretty prompt and quick on responding with my messages back and forth. "I stayed with my wife for transiting to Washington airport (DCA). I need the shuttle bus service from hotel to DCA. I asked the staff, lady looks like African American, at/about 9:30am on 4th Dec. if I have to reserve the shuttle. She say , yes, and when I need the shuttle service? I answered about noon. She answered, "no problem". Unfortunately, when we checked out at noon, she say, sorry, no more shuttle before 3:00pm. Finally, we have to take taxi to DCA, and costed me US$30. Poor experience with her."
