「It was such a lovely stay! Ms.Bushra (property manager/POC) was so helpful from start to finish. She made herself available with any questions/concerns I had. The apartment itself was lovely, it felt like “home” as a frequent traveler. Would definitely recommend to stay here 」

「The location was perfect for walking to the Metro and places to eat. It felt very safe, even walking at night. We enjoyed being so close to the Washington and Old Dominion Trail and rented bikes from a nearby Capital Bikeshare station to explore. One thing that was confusing is the check in—you need to fill out a form online with your personal details before check in. Upon arrival, press “Leasing Office” on the door pad to call the front desk to be let in. We arrived at night and were confused...

「The apartment, convenient and very appropriate for our needs. Amenities could be better, For 2 adults, there were only 4 bath sized towels, 1 hand towel, no wash cloths, no dish towels, sponge or dish soap in the kitchen. Only 1 entry fob was allowed, 2 fobs would have been better for 2 adults with different schedules. The concierge at the Earl Apartments were very accommodating but unable to provide additional services since the unit is managed by the WeHostGroup based in Miami, FL....

"Very spacious, well designed and equipped room. Very comfortable bed, pillow and the air conditioning is quiet and cool enough. Perfect blackout curtains and more than sufficient plugs and USB chargers. Decent and safe neighborhood and got a big supermarket where is only 2 mins walk from the hotel. Friendly staff in particular the shuttle driver Ricko who is very kind, helpful and possesses excellent driving skills. "

"I stayed with my wife for transiting to Washington airport (DCA). I need the shuttle bus service from hotel to DCA. I asked the staff, lady looks like African American, at/about 9:30am on 4th Dec. if I have to reserve the shuttle. She say , yes, and when I need the shuttle service? I answered about noon. She answered, "no problem". Unfortunately, when we checked out at noon, she say, sorry, no more shuttle before 3:00pm. Finally, we have to take taxi to DCA, and costed me US$30. Poor experience with her."
