"Let me first say that the house is very nice, spacious, and the pool and outdoor area is amazing and very serene. I rented the house for a ladies trip (7 ladies) to celebrate my 55th birthday. We had an awesome time. The pool was a big hit. The complaints we had about the pool were the fountain never came on, which we really wanted to use, and the doors leading to the outside were broken making it difficult to come in and out. Upon arriving we did not have wash clothes and the upstairs bedrooms (2 bedrooms) were not cleaned well. There was a sock and eyelashes found from the previous guests. Hair that did not belong to any of my guests was found on the bed and the refrigerator filter needed replacing. It was very dirty. Also, the ice machine did not work.I will say that the property manager, Isabella, did respond in a timely manner by ordering washcloths and sending the cleaning service the same day. Unfortunately, we had purchased washcloths and washed the bedroom's linen prior to receiving the washcloths and the cleaning service coming over.Overall, I would recommend renting this house because I hope the owner and property management company takes this as constructive criticism. I would rent this house again. It was outside of Tampa however the commute was not bad when we wanted to do things in Tampa. "

"This house was fabulous and lived up to our expectations and then some! We loved the screened-in patio and pool area! The water was always clean and our grandchildren really enjoyed the pool toys. I enjoyed the alcove off the kitchen outside when I needed a respite from the sun. It also protected from the wind later in the evening.The house itself was beautiful with wide sliding doors opening to the patio all along that side of the house. The reclining couches in the living and family roomsWere the most comfortable we’ve ever sat in!Can’t think of one thing that was missing in the kitchen; all our needs were met.Both the owners and the caretakers in Florida were easy to reach, and so friendly and helpful!It was a great stay!"

"I brought my kids here for spring break ranging in age from 7 to 17. There was plenty of space for everyone and the house had everything that we needed.We had a few rainy and colder days while we were there and were able to use the hot tub, which warms up very quickly. We were also very close to a grocery store and a few restaurants that we enjoyed.The neighborhood was safe and quiet and my older kids were able to ride the bikes over to the bait store for fishing supplies, or take the kayaks out on the canal.I would recommend this to anyone traveling with kids or a larger group!"

"Nicest place we’ve ever stayed. Literally something for everyone. I would have been happy just staying there all week and never leaving the house but we had kids and other family in our group that wanted to do outings. The pool and hot tub were excellent, we used the grill almost daily, fished from the dock often, took a few kayak trips down the canal and made use of the putting green, pool floaties, and outdoor television. The beds were very comfortable, water pressure was great and when we had a few very minor maintenance issues, maintenance service was expedient. HIGHLY recommend!"
