When I was checking in, the Internet was completely out, which made the hotel have to work in a manual state. I feel like they handled the situation very professionally, into the best of their ability. We’re so dependent on the Internet, that it can be really challenging when it is unavailable during such a crucial time as heavy check-in. The only thing I would suggest is with housekeeping, stated that we didn’t need service while we were there, but I asked for additional pillows with the housekeeper, and she said she would bring them back later, but never did. That was honestly the only disappointing part of my stay. I genuinely enjoyed the omelette station, and also wish that there was a little more variety when it comes to The breakfast buffet each day. Just switching up things so people that are staying multiple nights still feel like it’s the same exact buffet every day. It was all very good, and fresh though. Just a bit of feedback, and not a complaint.
