As condições do hotel são medianas, um estilo antigo, nada moderno. Pontos positivos, a localização é central, próxima a certos pontos turísticos. O atendimento foi bom, nada especial. Negativamente, devo destacar que, quando cheguei, o sanitário estava sujo. As limpezas seguintes foram boas. O ar-condicionado era antigo e fazia bastante barulho, mas funcionou corretamente. Ademais, o café da manhã é simplório (diferente de simples, porém gostoso), foge ao básico bem-feito. Por fim, quando eu e minhas colegas fomos solicitar a possibilidade de meia diária, o dono do estabelecimento nos informou que somente seria possível permanecer até as 18h, ainda assim pagando o valor de metade de uma diária. Inicialmente irredutível, nos concedeu permanecer até as 21h, solicitando, ainda, pagamento integral e antecipado das diárias naquele momento, sendo que em dinheiro. Após negociação, fizemos o pagamento em metade dinheiro e metade cartão, mesmo que a reserva tenha sido feita para pagamento em cartão.

große saubere Zimmer, großes Bad, Frühstück ok, mittendrin in Manaus, 3 Blocks vom Theater, 3 Blocks vom Hafen entfernt, alle Geschäfte in direkter Nachbarschaft und alles in 10 Min. zu Fuß erreichbar.

Hotel accettabile, centralissimo e funzionale

Beh, rispetto alla concorrenza li in centro credo che sia molto buono. Hotel molto pulito e servizi ok. Per quando riguarda il personale è stato molto gentile, per dialogare con loro ho sai il portoghese o è un problema (capisco che non sappiano l'italiano, ma almeno parlare l'inglese...), ma tutto sommato è andata abbastanza bene. Per quando riguarda la colazione è ottima. Comunque un buon Hotel da consigliare. Per me è stato positivo, se ritornassi a Manaus ritornerei sicuramente nello stesso Hotel.

Hotel muito bom, bem melhor do que os outros que se encontram no centro da cidade. O quarto é limpo e a cama confortável, o banheiro é bom, e o café da manhã tem uma boa variedade. Ficaria novamente com certeza.

Ultimately it was a very functional room with strong Internet and 24 hour room service. The room was extremely outdated and in need of a good remodel. But everything worked adequately.

Great for a couple nights to see downtown

I was told several times by local colleagues - do not travel south from the hotel. it is not safe. So I stayed to the north toward the Opera House. I did not have any problems. This location is very convenient for many downtown attractions, and is close to the Jungle Tour Offices. I really enjoyed my stay and was sad to leave.

Nice Hotel

The room was nice, clean, roomy but the toiletries were spartan. The area is not the best and we opted to take a taxi at night. There are not always bilingual staff available. The breakfast was amazing. I would definitely stay there again as the value and price are perfect.

Not bad, but not good

Good location in Manaus for getting around, hotel never had my confirmed booking on arrival, hotel very noisy with traffic (they love honking horns) get a room not facing Main Street. Aircon in room very noisy but did work, hotel staff have very little if no English, so if you don't speak Portuguese you may struggle, but that happens when you travel in foreign countries. Breakfast is very basic, and they never seemed to have any food on buffet, breakfast staff not very pleasant for a hotel.

A little less than expected

I almost always have good experience with hotels that have good ratings from travelers, but this was was somewhat disappointing. The hotel and facilities are a little outdated. The hotel staff had limited language skills so mostly I had to communicate in Spanish which worked OK. The downtown area is surprisingly quiet at night so the area does not offer much after the local businesses close.

Good location

The hotel is downtown and close to the waterfront. We stayed here one night before our trip to the Amazon. There is a main street by the hotel which has many stores - mainly shoes and clothes. We found it hard to find a restaurant for dinner - maybe coz we were really tired - and ended up eating at the hotel. The dinner was ok. They had a very good breakfast spread and many local dishes which we enjoyed. While the rooms do not have a safe, you can place your valuables in a locker near the reception.

Our sray at Lider

The hotel is conveniently located and for a light traveller, one can take bus no.306 which comes to the terminus just 500mets away from the hptel and it is close to the pier from where the boats leave for the amazon trip..

Very comfortable, safe, & extremely helpful staff

The staff here is very helpful and will go out of their way to accommodate you. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The hotel is on a VERY busy and loud street, so the rooms in the front of the building are very noisy all day. Try to get a room in the back.
