Worst Hotels.com experience
We were unable to access the property because the itinerary code that Hotels.com gave us wasn’t recognised by the hotel operator.
When we called Hotels.com, no one was able to answer us in real time so we didn’t get access to the property. Ended up sleeping in our car.
