After a long day of travel, we checked in and found out that the pool and hot tub were closed for repairs and would be closed for our entire stay. In fact, it had been closed for some time, and they never mentioned it on their website or when we booked the room. Then, we got to our room only to find that we had no hot water. “The hotel is in the good location that you can walk to shop or restaurant. The baseball stadium is like 5 mins walk and I enjoyed the baseball game during the staying. Front desk receptionists are friendly also provide the nice service.”

“We only stayed 1 night, so we did not have a chance to use the pool. Our room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. Check-in staff was training, she was very pleasant. My son and I enjoyed the breakfast as well.”
