"The pools are nice, but there's not enough seating for the guests. They allow the chairs to be blocked by customers using towels early in the morning between the hours of 6-7 a.m.making it near impossible to get seating when you bring your family down after that. Smoking on the premises is not regulated so enjoying the balcony or just walking around and not smelling smoke was disheartening. "

"Pools were fantastic.... I loved the palm tree lined beach... my favorite shady spot. So many chairs and umbrellas at this resort. Staff is on it... never did I once need to look for a server. Rooms and room service was great too. Good place for families, mine loved it."

"Would prefer not to review truthfully to keep this amazing resort a secret.. but… genuinely one of the best sun vacations ever! From the moment we arrived, to our goodbye a week later, the team at Excellence made this trip outstanding and we are already planning to return asap. We stayed in a rooftop plunge pool suite as part of the Excellence Club, and it lived up to the resort’s name. We could honestly rave about the room, the abundant and amazing food options, the amenities, facilities and location for days but the true feature that makes this resort stand out above all others, is its people. The staff at all levels at Oyster Bay were simply incredible people and a shining example of how the human experience outweighs all other aspects of a facility. The staff are a credit to the resort and as ambassadors to the great country of Jamaica. We hope the ownership group receives this message and goes out of their way to rewarding, appreciating and retaining their staff - they are your biggest asset. We could not possibly list all staff members that made this trip amazing but special thanks to Danielo, Danjay, Giovane, Delisea, (sorry if misspelled any!) but most of all, Deborah at The Kitchen Table breakfast. We have travelled around the world and never experienced such incredible warmth, kindness - and quick friendship - from a member of staff at any level. A true star of the resort. We will be back very soon to experience this truly relaxing and pampering resort. "

"A/C, water pressure, bed…all excellent. Vista Inn is in a heavily gated community, which is potentially more of a hassle than a feeling of security. The on site landlord was extremely helpful with security codes. The price was fair. It was a no frills spot. However, Falmouth does not offer many choices, for lodging, for food and for anything to do, to keep one for an extra day."

"Amazing!!!!!!Copy and paste from our last trip!! We were picked up from the airport. We were greeted by Ms. Annette at the Villa. I can assure you that there is no hotel, no condos, no resorts that will take better care of you than Ms. Annette. She is such an amazing woman. Upon our arrival, Ms. Annette had a fantastic meal ready for us. It was as spectacular as everyone else had suggested. During our stay Ms. Annette prepared our breakfasts and dinners. We typically were out for lunch or made sandwiches. Every meal we had prepared by Ms. Annette was spectacular!! She is an absolutely amazing cook. Throughout our stay, our entire family felt at home. Our entire stay in One Rhythm was amazing, largely due to Ms. Annette. In addition to her cooking, she was constantly asking how we were doing or whether we needed anything. She times her meal preparation around whatever works for your family. We planned several excursions while at One Rhythm. Ms Annette gave us advice on what excursions were available, who we should plan them with, and even scheduled the times for us. Whatever we needed was taken care of for us by her. Additionally, Karen is an excellent host, well versed on what customers need to do to prepare for their trip, and she is extremely responsive. This is a spectacular place for anyone wanting to experience the cultures and beaches in Jamaica.The Karls Family"
