Amazing place to stay

Angela, is an amazing host. Plenty of activities for children, while also being a quiet and relaxing stay. The views of lake garda are stunning. We will be rebooking in the future.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The location of the apartment is perfect – with an incredible view over Lake Garda that we enjoyed every single day. The whole property is extremely well maintained and creates a truly relaxing atmosphere. The apartment itself is perfectly equipped, with everything you could possibly need. Sehr schöne Unterkunft und Anlage

Wir haben zu fünft eine Woche hier verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die FeWo war sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Blick auf den großen Pool und den Gardasee war beeindruckend. Wir kommen gerne wieder :-)

Sowohl die Wohnung, als auch das Ressort ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Lage am Gardasee ist fantastisch, da diese Region (noch) nicht so touristisch überrannt ist, wie bspw. Sirmione oder Limone. Die Anlage ist ebenfalls ruhig und lässt Entspannung zu. Wir waren sehr zufrieden!

Traumhaft schöne Residenz

Wir haben 2 Wochen im Mai/Juni 23 mit 4 Personen in der FeWo verbracht. Sie hat alles, was man benötigt und sogar viele Extras (Waschmaschine und Waschmittel, Föhn, Staubsauger, Tischtennisschläger, Wäscheständer und Klammern, Spülmaschiene und Tabs usw.). Es ist genügend Geschirr und Besteck, als auch Gläser, Messer und Töpfe vorhanden. Wir haben auch Salz, Zucker, Kaffee und Filter, als auch Nudeln und Tee vorgefunden. Ganz toll ausgestattet - dickes Lob!!!! Der große Balkon mit Markise lädt morgens schon zum gemütlichen Frühstücken ein mit einem traumhaften Blick auf den Gardasee. Auch abends sieht man sehr schön die Insel Sirmione und das Ostufer mit seinen Lichtern. Die große Poollandschaft ist mit ausreichend Liegestühle & Schirme bestückt und wurde jeden Tag vom Hausmeister / Bademeister in Ordnung gehalten. Eine fantastische Anlage die zu unserer Zeit max. nur zu 20% belegt war - sehr ruhig und erholsam! Der CheckIn erfolgte auch dank der tollen Video's von Angela prima. Wir können die Wohnung sehr weiterempfehlen und werden bestimmt wiederkommen! Vielen Dank!

Sehr schöne Anlage und Apartment mit einem tollen Seeblick auf Halbinsel Sirmione! Die Besitzerin ist sehr nett! Einziger Nachteil ist, dass alle Supermarket und Lebensmittelgeschäfte nur mit dem Auto erreichbar sind.

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen und sehr gepflegten Anlage. Das absolute Highlight ist der großzügige Pool, der nie überfüllt war. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Alles sehr gepflegt und sauber. Absolut empfehlenswert! Aber die Seele sind Angela und Pietro. Wenn man Hilfe braucht, bekommt man sofort eine Antwort oder diverse Empfehlungen. Tolle Anlage

Die Ferienwohnung ist wie beschrieben, sie liegt ruhig in der weitläufigen Anlage, in Corona-Zeiten perfekt für einen Familienurlaub. Unsere Kinder haben den Pool geliebt, der trotz Hochsaison stets genug Platz für alle bot. Angela und Pietro sind sehr sorgende Gastgeber, die stets ansprechbar waren und uns mit vielen Tips versorgten. Tolle Lage, in 10 Gehminuten ist man am kleinen Hafen mit Café und Restaurant sowie kleinem Strand. Es war ein toller Aufenthalt !

super schöne Wohnung in perfekter Lage

Eine ganz tolle Wohnung, mit hervorragender Ausstattung, es fehlte an nichts, in super schöner und gesicherter Anlage. Und dann ein grandioser Ausblick über den See mit Blick auf Sirmione. Unsere Kinder haben den großen Pool genossen, auch Baden im See ist in 15 Min. Entfernung möglich. Restaurant und Café sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Ebenso der Fähranleger, mit Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. In der Nähe könnten wir Stand up Paddle und ein Boot mieten. Das Ein,- und Auschecken hat reibungslos geklappt, super netter Vermieter. Wir hatten einen gelungenen erholsamen Urlaub, die Unterkunft ist zu 100% zu empfehlen.

Es war eine sehr schöne und ruhige Anlage, sauber und unglaublich gut ausgestattet. Egal ob Küche oder Badezimmer, es ist alles vorhanden was man vielleicht benötigen könnte. Der Blick vom Balkon über den See war ein Traum. Der Pool sehr sauber und nie überlaufen. Die Adresse werden wir uns merken und bestimmt wieder einmal kommen. Schöne gepflegte Anlage und saubere Wohnung

Die Wohnung von Angela und Pietro ist auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert. Sehr gut für Hundebesitzer geeignet. Sie ist sauber und bestens ausgestattet. Angela, Pietro und Cindy sind sehr hilfsbereit. Wir konnten uns jederzeit an Sie wenden, wenn wir eine Frage hatten. Der Pool ist bisschen kalt aber sonst sehr schön und wie die gesamte Anlage, sehr gepflegt. Liegestühle gab es immer. Wir haben 14 sehr erholsame Tage verbracht. Man kann von dort aus viele Unternehmungen machen. Limone, Schauder Terrassen, Venedig, Verona, Sirmione usw.. Sollten wir mal wieder an den Gardasaee fahren, würden wir die Wohnung sofort wieder mieten.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in Manerba del Garda

Die Anlage hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Insbesondere auch der Pool war ein Highlight und auch im Juni/Juli nie überfüllt. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub mit unseren Kindern am Gardasee.

Sehr gepflegt und herrlicher Blick

Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Der Blick über den Gardasee phantastisch. Die gesamte Anlage ist ebenfalls im besten Zustand und sehr ruhig , ebenso der Pool. Die Besitzerin ist sehr gastfreundlich und angenehm. Zu empfehlen ist diese Unterkunft für ältere Personen eher ohne Kinder, da im Pool vorwiegend Schwimmer unterwegs sind und den Kindern das Benutzen von Badetieren , Luftmatratzen ect. untersagt wird. Leider kann man die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nur mit dem Fahrzeug erreichen.

Wundervoll ruhiges und gepflegtes Appartement mit herzlichen Gastgebern

Die Bilder auf der Webseite können nur annähernd zeigen wie schön es wirklich ist. Top Lage, ruhig und von Olivenhainen umgeben, kein Verkehr oder Lärm durch Touri- Alarm. Tolle Aussicht, gepflegte Anlage, sauberes und schön eingerichtetes Appartement. Kurzer Weg zum Hafen und ins Dorf Montinelle. Man muss allerdings erwähnen, dass wir Ende September vor Ort waren, die Anlage war zu 80% leer - im Sommer sicher etwas mehr los. Wunderschöner großer Pool. Die Gastgeberin und ihre Tochter waren zuvorkommend, herzlich und für kurze Fragen z.B. zu Sehenswürdigkeiten stets per Whatsapp erreichbar. Alles un Allem Tiptop und absolut weiterzuempfehlen.

Seeblick

Dieses Domizil ist sehr zu empfehlen. Die Residenz selbst ist wunderschön, der Ausblick auf den See phantastisch, und die Wohnung ist perfekt. Sie ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Küche ist exzcellent ausgestattet. Man kann von hier prima Ausflüge mit dem Boot machen, da es nur 10 Minuten Fussweg zum kleinen Hafen sind. Dort gibt es auch einen kleinen Badestrand und ein sehr gutes, preiswertes Restaurant. Auch eine Wanderung in ein kleines Naturgebiet im Norden bietet sich an.
