From the living area and bedrooms there is access to the large portion of the private terrace, equipped with table, chairs and deckchair, where you can relax and enjoy your meals outdoors with a pleasant view of the surroundings and the property. Inside the property, completely fenced, you will have a reserved parking space, a shared BBQ area (2 wood/charcoal BBQs + 2 tables with benches), shared swimming pool with children's pool (the pool is completely fenced and has a gate to ensure safety for children), outdoor furniture (tables, chairs, sun loungers), playground, ping pong table, washing machine and dispenser of still and sparkling microfiltered water.
The large park will allow you to relax in the sun or in the shade of olive trees and other trees.
From the main entrance you can enter and exit either by car or on foot/by bike, from the back of the residence you can exit on foot and reach the lively center of Montinelle and the port of Dusano.
