Cute rustic bach, A home away from home. Located in beautiful mangakino

This is a 3 bedroom bach with a fully equipped kitchen, with all the comforts of home including sky Netflix and Disney networks. The bach Sleeps 7 and linen is provided at no extra cost. It also has huge outdoor living area 38sq deck, with a 3 burner BBQ provided; which perfect for those summer nights. There is also a metro fire place for those cold Waikato nights over winter. The bach has a modern bathroom bathroom and separate toliet. Essentially it's a wonderful little hidden treasure in the heart of the Waikato. The bach has off street parking up the drive. The property is a fully fenced section which is suitable for children and dogs . However all dogs are to be outside only. Please No dogs inside at all, regardless of their size, there is kennel provided outside behind the house.

Overall very good

The iron was full of rust and caravan needs some cleaning. Cleaners came about 10am while checkout time was at 11am. Please improve these things.

Inside of home: was lovely, clean, small and cosy. Advertised as sleeping 7 and photos showed bunks, which were not there so grandsons took turns sleeping on couch. Outside: BBQ had to be cleaned before we could use it and gas bottle was empty. Lovely covered outside area but unfortunately all windows, swing seat and lighting area have lits of cobwebs which are not the nicest things to look at when spending time outside in summer

We had a lovely stay at the house in Mangakino. The beds were very comfortable but is actually 3 doubles not 2 doubles and 1 room with single and bunks as advertised.

The property was as advertised. Nice and clean property.. One issue was Sky didn't work on the lounge TV was just a blank screen. The shower water dial is back to front - cold= hot water and hot= cold water.

Easter holiday

The place is nice it's small we would probably get a bigger place next time with dining table or bigger lounge but only because of having the kids it was very cramped. Be perfect for a few adults only. Was very warm and cozy plenty of blankets and pillows . Only downside would be the mattress in the double bunk bed needs to be replaced it slumps into the middle so only one person can sleep in there and the shower water pressure is very low. Other then that nice place and thanks for having us.

Cosy & comfortable cottage with pretty garden

We were so comfortable staying in this charming bach with a pretty cottage garden. Wish we could have stayed longer, lovely birdlife in the evening and morning!
