“酒店秩序井然，设施、花园、卫生等各方面维护都很好，看得出管理层很用心，而且总会热情地打招呼问候及了解顾客感受和需要改进的地方。酒店位置离石头城很近，景色很美，有水上活动中心和马厩可以划船骑马，还有自行车可以骑到高尔夫球场去玩，当然可以打一场高尔夫看看。有小块海滩比较远一点，也不适合海里游泳，想玩海滩的听说岛北部比较合适。只是休闲的话还是很推荐的”

“房间很大，很不错，开始的房间wifi信号很弱，电视也没法看。更换了更大的房间。服务员态度很好，我不喜欢很热情的服务员。电视节目有时没信号，但没关系。房间的网络信号不强，只有在通道上很好。楼顶的餐厅很棒，能看到海，一边吃饭，一边看海，体验感觉很好。这里离海边不远，都很方便，推荐!”

“There was no pool and aircon was only in room, possibly in the resto downstairs, but in no common areas. Lovely staff, good food, nice decor and art. Lots of stairs. Airport shuttle was reasonable and good. ”

“Beautiful property and great location in Stone Town. The breakfast and kitchen staff were amazing and very welcoming. However, we booked the Presidential Suite but were not given that room and were instead moved between lower category rooms. The issue was not properly acknowledged, and staff insisted all rooms were the same and similarly priced, which did not reflect what was advertised on Expedia. Overall, the stay did not match the booking, so I’d recommend confirming room types in advance.”

“L’appartement en lui même manque de confort, des lits beaucoup trop hauts, salle de bain qui laissent entrer le jour car pas de porte, salon inutile car pas de chaises, tables, canapé pour profiter de l’espace. Heureusement que les appartements Freddy Mercuri sont reliés au Tembo hôtel dont les infrastructures sont agréables ”

Beautiful beautiful bungalow and well-maintained. Awesome experience that you won't regret staying in, very reasonable price and I will definitely come back to this resort if I visit Zanzibar again... ”

“Booked superior seaview room and seaview window is at toilet which is higher than normal people eye level. Double check if breakfast is included in the booking in hotels.com as the website offer two breakfast option with different price which is a bit confusing. Tried to contact hotel to confirm via booking website and official hotel email address a few time but no luck.”

“Perhaps there are better rooms, but our room ( nadia) is very noisy throughout our stay. Not just u could hear people shouting and chirldren playing and car horns, but the worst is that there are some sort of aircon machines right outside yr window so u can also hear the engine sound. There are too many more quiet but equally convenient boutique hotels in Stonetown but since we had already paid so we could not change hotel. DONT TRUST THE COMMENTS ANY MORE FROM HOTELS.COM! (P.S.
