“Adelina was a great host - It was my husbands birthday (&& i wasn't able to be present), she was very helpful with surprising him and making his birthday successful . She was also helpful with transportation and accommodating our needs . The place was clean and looked just like the picture presented . ”

“酒店秩序井然，设施、花园、卫生等各方面维护都很好，看得出管理层很用心，而且总会热情地打招呼问候及了解顾客感受和需要改进的地方。酒店位置离石头城很近，景色很美，有水上活动中心和马厩可以划船骑马，还有自行车可以骑到高尔夫球场去玩，当然可以打一场高尔夫看看。有小块海滩比较远一点，也不适合海里游泳，想玩海滩的听说岛北部比较合适。只是休闲的话还是很推荐的”

“When I arrive the hotel, I am stunning about the style. Then, I got crazy and scream inside my mind on my way to the room through restaurant and beach, what a Paradise!!! From my check in until check out, all is perfect. 1) Good introduction of room and facilities. 2) attentive staff which concern my needs in advance even 1 to 2 staffs concern if I am bored of being alone here (I did stay on beach side hotel alone, sometimes with island hopping for couple times in South America and SE Asia,……

Das Zimmer und Bad waren sauber. Es gab auch ausreichend Wasserdruck in der Dusche. Die AC funktionierte bei Ankunft nicht, das Problem wurde sofort behoben, was uns zu positiv überrascht hat. Etwas störend war der muffige Geruch und der schlechte Kaffee zum Frühstück. ”

Wir haben aber auch kein all-inclusive Luxushotel erwartet, sondern ein authentisches, familiäres Plätzchen mit viel Charme und einer entspannten Atmosphäre. Da muss man auch gelegentlich mal fünf gerade lassen und nicht Schweizer Standart erwarten. Man muss sich auch bewusst sein, dass der Ozean aufgrund der Gezeiten nicht immer brav vor dem Privatstrand wartet, sondern sich auch mal einige hundert Meter weit zurückziehen kann. Umgekehrt……

“I am a solo female traveller. Zanzibar House is an excellent property in so many ways. The staff are friendly and helpful. The grounds are a delight to be in, with lots of comfortable places to sit and read or contemplate the beauty of the area. I did not use the pool and I am sure it would be lovely. At night time I had an evening meal which was tasty and they accommodated my dietary requirements very well. I am gluten intolerant. I recommend this hotel if you like quiet and beauty filled……
