「Overall, the stay was good and the hotel is a nice place to stay. We tried both the veg and non-veg lunch thali at ITC, and both were very good. However, there were a couple of disappointing aspects. During checkout, no staff came to assist us with the luggage even after we waited for around 10 minutes, so we had to manage it ourselves. The room was spotless, the bedsheets were fresh and clean, and everything was well maintained. The host was warm, kind, and made us feel right at home. A special thank you for the freshly made South Indian breakfast before we left. It was absolutely delicious and such a thoughtful gesture that we truly appreciated. Thank you for your...
