House wasn’t clean upon check in and our code didn’t work, but he made sure that was fixed within 5 minutes of our arrival! “Big Bucs fan, so renting this location was a no brainer. We were able to walk to Raymond James Stadium for the game. Absolutely clean, beautiful home. Dee was a good host. The fire pit was in rough shape but she replaced it with a new one the next day. Overall we were quite satisfied with our stay and would rent again.”

“Very relaxing and quiet neighborhood. Home was comfortable, neat and clean. Loved the location, easy to get to our friends we visited and to the different parks. The contact person was quick to respond to our hello and goodbye and very gracious. Since we didn’t have questions during our stay there was no need for other contact. Would recommend this home for your stay absolutely.”

“It was disappointing that we didn't have use of the garage to park one of the cars. It was very difficult backing out of the driveway because there is so much traffic both directions. There was so much loud traffic on the road that there was no way we could back into the driveway without causing a major traffic jam. It was loud sitting outside with all the traffic noise. “The house was cute and cozy but the cleanliness was below expectations. It did not appear to have been completely deep cleaned before we stayed, having found a large chunk of old dried food in one of the bedroom closets, a lot of dust on the ceiling fans, and some other things I'll spare the details - you can just tell it's been awhile since it was deep cleaned.
