The property was nice and clean. Great location! We love that there's a whole kitchen in the room. Room is a fantastic size! We wished there had been a continental breakfast, but the size of the room and full kitchen make up for that.

Very easy and convenient to get around to all areas of Manhattan from the hotel. The train tracks being less than a block away led to a couple brief periods of some noise each day, but it was much better than I expected when first seeing where the tracks were.

We had a family wedding in Randolph area and started here. They allowed us to gather in the main lobby. Greatly appreciated that since we don’t get to see each other often! Excellent!!

My TV did not turn on in my room no matter what I tried. Also you cannot turn the AC on constant fan so you have to sleep in complete silence because the TV didn’t work either. You’d think for 270$ a night that these wouldn’t have been issues.

Good location and a nice area. Got stuck on the elevator. Also the air conditioning in are room didnt work.we turned it down to 65 and never got below 75. Not a huge deal but for what you pay that shouldnt be a issue.

From your feedback, I am disappointed to learn that we feel short of your expectations and I would like to apologize for the issue with the AC and the elevator. We have worked on both issues and they are both working fine now. I have used this example with my staff to make sure this does not happen again. We chose this hotel over others in town because they were some of the lowest rates in that area. With as busy as the rest of the town was, the parking was quite simple. The staff was also very polite. The room was very clean. We had a great stay and would definitely come back the next time we are in town!

Rooms are nice, large and spacious, but my room wasn't ready at 4:00 and I had to sit in the lobby and wait for 30 minutes. Unfortunately my room was right next to the "gym" so I had to listen to the treadmill running in the early morning.

Best Christmas stay
The hotel it’s in a great location. The check in was super fast and when we got to our suite, view from the window was beautiful with all the Christmas lights and decor. Room was spacious.

Great location, Somewhat Outdated
This was a very clean hotel with great service and in room amenities but it was a bit outdated. No USB slots, in-room TV service was clunky and antiquated. The decor was circa early 2000s and again, it was fine just very dated.
