    Spacious, clean & modern home w/in a short drive of Downtown & Stadium and gym membership included at 2800 Amherst Avenue.

    Fenced in backyard, firepit w/seating area to relax. Elevated deck with hammock

    Full kitchen including coffee maker, dishwasher, gas stove/oven, toaster and microwave.

    2 car garage w/driveway parking

    Smart TV's throughout w/Wifi

    2 separate work desks

    Huge whirlpool tub in Master bath, with rain showerhead with seating.

    Great place to have fun, entertain or relax.

    Please note - Master Bedroom closet is not available for use.

    There are 6 Security cameras throughout the house for guest and home security. None are facing private areas or bedrooms, they are NON-working and the entire main device is unplugged

    We were in town for a wedding. We had the best weekend. The house was wonderful. The upstairs doors (to balcony) are hard to close and lock. Dining room table chairs are pretty wobbly. We loved it and would stay there again! Thank you.

    Home away from Home
    The home is nice, very spaciou, & met my family's needs. We had one little issue with a smoke alarm but the owner was very prompt in responding & the property manager, whom was very kind, fixed it that evening so my boys could sleep. While the master bedroom door wouldn't close, it wasn't an issue for me but could be for another family. The only other suggestion I have is to have a can opener available. This became an issue when cooking dinner. All-in-all it was a great home away from home. Thank you!!

    Great space for a group. Comfortable Beds, Nice Kitchen space. We did arrive to the property with all the doors unlocked which did confuse us. The video cameras are also a bit strange. Not as clean as expected, many light bulbs burned out, and other little maintenance issues throughout the property.

    We enjoyed our stay-just 2 nights, but they were very comfortable nights , which was important since the girls were at vb camp during the day! There is a lot of space to spread out in, and the garage was super helpful!

    The only negative thing I would say about this stay experience, is that the features listed included a "Jacuzzi Tub". Upon arrival discovering that this was just a jacuzzi jet tub was a bit disappointing. I understand that is completely on me but I thought we would have more like a hot tub on the property. Just a bit misleading to me when I'm reading through the key features and see a jacuzzi tub listed. But other that was a perfect stay, very nice property and well kept and convenient.
