Beautiful new chalet "Chez Lucyvon" of 160 m2 ideal for family gatherings. It is arranged on three levels with an exceptional view on the Aravis mountains.

For a pleasant stay, the chalet is located in a quiet hamlet 5 minutes drive from the family ski resort of La Croix Fry. The ski bus stop is a 5 minute walk from the accommodation. La Clusaz and its 85 slopes are less than 15 minutes away by car. Access to the slopes is by car or ski bus.
In the Clusaz, life also goes on in the summer with the discovery of its lively mountain pastures between hiking and mountain biking: there are 9 downhill mountain bike trails, 20 cross country and 1 enduro trail, 13 of which are suitable for families. Trails adapted to all levels and marked out on : Saint Jean de Sixt, la Clusaz, le Grand-Bornand and Manigod.
You have direct access from the chalet to the hiking trails.
To cool off, an outdoor heated swimming pool, in the heart of the resort of Merdassier located 8 minutes by car, is open from 01/07 to 28/08.
To access the chalet, chains are mandatory in case of snow / ice.
## Emplacement
Family ski resort, Manigod is located in the Aravis massif, 30 km from Annecy. This beautiful and authentic village overlooks the Thônes valley. The resort of Manigod, which includes the passes of Croix Fry and Merdassier, is a family ski resort ideal for learning to ski - altitude 1500 m/1780 m. Ski link with the domain of La Clusaz. With 27 farms in operation, agriculture is omnipresent, we are in the country of the reblochon fermier (AOC zone). In summer, there is plenty of room for hiking and nature discovery activities.
