47 SQM= 28 to 33 minutes away from Ninoy Aquino International Airport without traffic. 25 to 30 minutes away from Makati, depending on the traffic.

NOTE1: (GOOD TO KNOW) Deposit is not added from guest total amount of booking. Deposit is only taken out from guest credit/debit card, if the host file a complain to Airbnb for lost or damage furniture after checking out.

NOTE2: Please do not send me your email or phone number when you are just inquiring because Airbnb is blocking it due to side transaction. The only way I will see your email or phone number is after you booked the condo.

NOTE3: check in is only 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.(Management rules and not my rules. If it was me, it would be flexible like the rest of my condos, however check out is flexible) please send me an email of your arrival time after booking so my cousin is informed of what time she will be at the condo to hand you the key.

NOTE4: The infinity pool, gym, lap pool, venue, children's playroom, gameroom, basketball court, etc are for owner used only (Management rules and not my rules)

Management rules, please read carefully:

* Guest are allowed only to use the wave pool & kiddie pool, 4 persons free, additional person 250php per head.
Monday close for cleaning
Pool shifts everyday:
7am-12pm
2pm-7pm
Strickly swimwear

* Make sure every individual has an ID or the front desk won't let you inside the condo.

* Before checking in, make sure to give us all the names of all the individual that are checking in the condo.

* No visitors, only people who are checking in is allowed in the condo.

* Owner's used only: Gym, lap pool, venue, children's playroom, gameroom, basketball court, etc.

* Washer or Dryer is not allowed in the condo so you have to go to the laundry mat to get your clothes washed.

* The condo doesn't have it's own parking lot so if you have a vehicle, you have to pay 50php for 1st 3 hours, 10php for succeding hours and 260php for 24 hours.

* Upon check in, you will be handed out a pass or I.D. for each guest. Do not lose the pass or you will be charge 500php.

* Guests who just came from the pool, make sure you dry yourself out before entering the building. If the guard catch you wet and dripping, the guard will not let you in the building

* Do not hang anything on the balcony like clothes, short, etc. (fine 1,000php)

* No smoking on the balcony or inside the condo. (fine 1,000php) "You can only smoke on the designated area."

* No slippers outside the condo or by the hallway. (fine 500-1000php)

* Littering anywhere in the compound is prohibited. (fine 500-1000php)

* Food is not allowed in the pool or around the pool.
