1) $12/night parking (max $130/month). We have a parking space for the unit that can be rented out. Space details will be provided upon receipt of the parking fee.
2) Additional Housekeeping service & supply refresh during your stay is available for an additional fee of P1250 upon request. Please arrange at least one day in advance
3) Pest treatment is done monthly in our space so we are pest free
