因為航班延誤，我要半夜二時才到達公寓大堂，但是這個公寓乃一半住宅， 不是酒店，所以地下只有保安，無酒店相關人員，但是聯繫不上駐六樓的相關人員，後來等了經過個多小時嘗試，看回自己電子郵件，才聯繫上這個工作人員。不過還好，沒有收取押金。酒店鄰近環境不錯，夠寧靜。但是浴室水龍頭的水壓不夠大。酒店離開機場2號客運大樓比較近，搭的士連高速公路費才185菲律賓披索

The place was nice enough. Very nice pools and the room was fine. However, there was no toilet paper or soap in the room. We asked for some and did not receive any so we went to the store and bought some ourselves. There was also only a sheet to use as cover. We asked for a blanket and never received one. This is not acceptable. I liked the place but this might keep me from staying there in the future.

This is not HOTEL
This is not HOTEL, just room rental for personal condominium. No reception as hotel, ordinary check in is not available. The information on EXPEDIA of 4 stars Hotel is not true. EXPEDIA shall revise the information.
これはホテルではなく、個人所有のコンドミニアムの部屋をホテルと称しているだけである。従って普通のホテルのような受付でのチェックインではなく、コンドミニアムの受付では訳が分からず、ある従業員が部屋のオーナーに電話をするとオーナー自身が迎えに来る。ホテルとして情報掲載しているエクスペディアも情報の修正をすべきである。

Comfy Stay Staff very helpful
Reception Staff not as helpful, due to too many different companies renting out units. 6 towers and 2 different check ins. Pools nice and clean. Can walk to Mall of Asia. lots to do in local area. Horse cart tour nice and relaxing.

Location, Location, Location
Close to airport, Baclaran (shopping) and Partes bus terminal (Pasay). Walking distance to Mall of Asia. Avoid traffic mess in Manila. You don't want to miss you international flight. Get to airport 3 hour before the flight. Lines are long checking in and new policy take off shoes twice. There are immigration, TSA, before you board plane. It took me over 2 hours to finally reach terminal. There are a lot of hoops to jump through before leaving. Wear sandals when going through multiple security. You will scan your carrying on three times before you depart.

Very Close to Mall of Asia Arena
Stayed with them in May 2017 to attend a concert at Mall of Asia Arena. They were very helpful and accommodating. Upon arrival, requested for a late check-out, and they were able to accommodate that as well. The apartment itself was clean and well-lit as well as well maintained. SEA Residences is very near to the Mall of Asia, and there are convenience stores nearby so it was definitely very easy to go off and buy snacks and stuff.
Had a very pleasant experience, would definitely book with them again in the future.

Small room
We selected this hotel apartments, which consists of many building, because it was close to SM Mall of Asia as it is 10 minutes walking.
The studio is very small and narrow, and there is a partition between the bed and the sofa which I think made it looks more smaller but maybe they did that in order to separate the area in case there was a third person.
The bathroom is good but there was no hair dryer, the kitchen is good but there was no salt, paper or anything that can be used if you want to fry an egg or cook something. No tissue papers too.
The nice thing is that there was many swimming pools between the buildings for adults and children
The air conditioning in the reception area is weak and not good.
There were no restaurants in the building.

Great place to stay!
ComfyStay at SeaResidence had all that we needed for a short stay. It had a kitchen (which was important to us) that came with fridge, microwave, toaster, stove burners, set of kitchen utensils, pots and pans, plates,cups, glasses, silverware. it was also equipped with a washing machine, in case we needed to do laundry. Grocery/food stores and eateries were right on the premises. 24 hour security - we felt safe during our entire stay. Property Manager was professional and pleasant to deal with.

Great location and price but....
This hotel is managed by agents for condo owners it seems so very hard to check in and out. There is no daily cleaning or new towels, bed sheets etc, just what happens to be there when you check in. Very close to mall of asia and decent price as well as nice pools.

Facility is very nice but since this is a private property and not a hotel, the owners chose to provide minimal furnishing. Only 2 very coarse well worn towels and a single sheet on the bed.
