Great location for dining and shopping
Great locations for dining and shopping as there are quite some shopping malls nearby. Not far from airport, although the distance quite often is irrelevant to the travel time as during rush hour you simply only can inch in to where you want to go. Stay in Horizon club room with 24 hour access to the lounge which is a plus

Great location for dining and shopping
Staying here many times for business trips. Not too far from airport but could still take you two hours to get here during rush hours. there are several malls in walking distance so if you are too fond of dining in the hotel you have many options. Room is decent sized but might requires some TLC.

Check in fast. It made me surprised that counter staff remember I dislike staying at the room with a particular no. Nice hotel with nice staff.

We loved our stay at the EDSA Shangri-la! The staff was incredibly amazing, friendly and accommodating, we felt the Filipino hospitality and the comforts of home. This is indeed an oasis in the middle of the city where you can walk to malls to shop and come back to a restful place. The hotel bakery is incredible the goodies they sell are surprisingly delicious and world-class quality. I couldn't stress enough that EDSA Shangrila is a world class of its own and you will feel the ambience of peace from the moment you stepped in the hotel. We stayed in 3 other hotels during our stay in Manila and we keep saying EDSA Shangila is not to be beat when it comes to customer experience, hospitality and friendliness of the staff. We sure are coming back.
